Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (for online purchases) and 15 days for store purchases.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If an incorrect or damaged product is received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product was defective or wrongly shipped.
- Please ensure safe packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
5. Non-returnable Items
- Custom items, clearance goods, innerwear, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned.
