In most cases, the orders received will be shipped within one business day. We use standard UPS to ship within the continental USA.
Return policy:
Item must be returned in original packaging and unused within 7 Days of receiving. Money will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Warranty:
Aluminum Bats: One year from purchase date with original receipt. See the Warranty Card attached to the bat for details. Must Register.
All other Products: 30 days from the purchase date with the original receipt.
For all products, Warranty will be void if the product was altered, abused, or used in any manner not intended.
